Get to Know Soloist and Composer Janelle Finton Before Her GCB Debut
It should come as no surprise that Janelle Finton pursued a career in music. A Celebration of Chamber Music and Musical Excellence
Members of the Glenview Concert Band presented An Evening of Chamber Music on March 16 at Glenview United Methodist Church. Our emcee for the evening was our illustrious director, Greg Wojcik. First Glenview Concert Band Ensemble Performance at Chestnut Square at the Glen
On March 24th the Glenview Concert Band Woodwind Trio performed in the first of four 2026 Music Appreciation Nights at the Chestnut Square at the Glen. Each event will feature ensembles of musicians from the band. The program featured "A Night at the Opera" and was well received by an audience of over fifty residents. Glenview Concert Band Shares Love of Music with Waukegan Middle School Students
On January 24, 2026, the Glenview Concert Band (GCB) performed a joint concert with a group of middle school students in the Waukegan, Illinois area that were selected to be part of the Waukegan Middle Schools Honor Band. The GCB was invited to team up with the Waukegan Middle Schools to put on this wonderful concert.
